How are payments and refunds handled?
Session prices are shown before payment. Payment is processed in Omani rials (OMR); GBP amounts are an estimated display conversion. Contact the team for refund requests.
Are there recurring subscriptions or locked contracts?
Lessons are purchased and booked directly per session. No credit package or recurring subscription is required for this booking flow.
What do I need for an online lesson?
Use a stable internet connection, a working microphone and headphones. Your tutor will share the agreed classroom details; lesson materials are available in your account when shared.
